The kitchen comes fully stocked with all your dining and cooking equipment, along with a coffee maker and tea kettle. The home has high 12′ ceilings and coffered ceilings in the living room. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a dining table with bar stools to allow extra seating at the breakfast bar. There is a full size washer and dryer in the home, located in a closet near the living area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate entry door from the Kitchen.
During your stay, you’ll have access to all of the community’s amenities including the gym, pool, media/theatre room, private poker room, Golf simulator and 2 different lounges. One lounge is a bar lounge that comes equip with a pool table, ping pong and shuffle board. There is another lounge area on the16th floor that comes equip with a full size demonstration kitchen and grand stairs that take you to the roof top terrace which has TV’s, fire pits and the BBQ Area. Please note that parties are not permitted at this home.
